Since 2014 Coming Out has been collecting data on discrimination and violence against LGBT* people. We use this information when communicating with Russian officials and government bodies, international institutions, civil society organizations, and the media. In our new report, we have collected data for 2021.

The purpose of the report is to show the real situation of LGBT*-people in Petersburg, what everyday manifestations of homophobia and transphobia they have to face. We also set ourselves the task of assessing the quality of life of LGBT* people, their material situation, housing conditions, access to education, medicine and various services.
